Groups
One aesthetic and one discipline each. A group is a production company with a house style — not five accounts that happen to match.
Groups are assembled, not discovered. The aesthetic and the discipline are defined first, then people are cast into them — for how they fit the world, never for the audience they arrive with.
Every group runs the same cycle: the shoot day, the release calendar, the deal desk, the numbers. Shared underneath, invisible on top. That is what makes the second group cheap.
The group is the asset and it outlasts any line-up. The company owns the name and the work; members own their own faces and their own accounts.
You apply to the company, not to a group — we work out where you fit. No following required. What matters is whether you can hold a look and hit a deadline twice in a row.
